ACH & Credit Card change information

We wanted to inform you of an upcoming change in our payment processing system, which will take effect (at a date to be determined). In our continuous effort to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of our services, we will be implementing a new policy concerning credit card transactions.

Beginning on the aforementioned date, a convenience fee of 3% will be applied to all orders paid by credit card. This fee will be calculated and charged at the time of payment processing. We understand that changes like these can have an impact, and we want to ensure you have ample time to adjust to this new procedure.

To avoid this convenience fee, we encourage you to consider using alternative payment methods. Payments made via ACH (Automated Clearing House) will not incur this fee and can be a more straightforward option. For your convenience, we’ve attached our bank letter to assist you in setting up ACH payments if needed.

Our goal with this adjustment is to better align with industry standards and maintain the high level of service you expect from us. We truly value your understanding and continued support as we implement this change.
